What should I do if none of this works?

If you’ve tried:

  • A different browser

  • Checking your internet connection

  • Refreshing or reopening the page

And it still doesn’t work, contact the Support Team [email protected] and include:

  • Your booking reference

  • The browser you’re using

  • What happens when the page loads (e.g. loading spinner, blank page)

This helps resolve the issue much faster.
