I’m not receiving the login email!

If your login email hasn’t arrived:

  • Wait a few minutes and check spam/junk folders

  • Search your inbox for “MyParcels”

  • Make sure you entered the email address correctly

  • Try requesting the login email again

If it still doesn’t arrive, contact Support with your booking reference so they can help you access your booking.
